History: Born in Morgantown, W.Va. Grew up in Masontown, Pa. and eventually moved to Pittsburgh while I attended (and graduated from) the University of Pittsburgh. When I graduated, I moved to Bluffton, S.C. — about 20 minutes outside of Hilton Head Island. I have since relocated to Jacksonville, Fl.

Bio: I hold an English Writing (Journalism track) B.A. from Pitt. Since 2003, I’ve worked as a news reporter in some capacity. It was a job at the Jasper County Sun, a Morris-owned publication, that allowed me to move south. In March 2010, I accepted a position with the Florida Coastal School of Law as a web communications assistant, handling the school’s online content, branding and marketing.
