Stetson Allie, 2nd round pick of the Pirates. $2.25 million.

PITTSBURGH — Joined by over a dozen family members and friends, Stetson Allie took the No. 10 Pirates jersey from general manager Neal Huntington, posed for a few pictures and then draped the jersey over his head.

It was — quite frankly — a moment the Pirates had feared would never happen.
